Rainbow Fountain Faerie

So even though that I hate neopets (has been banned on multiple occasions) I've always had an interest in the Faeries. They're rather pretty ^^ so anyways, i wanted to draw the grey *emo* faerie but meh, this one caught my eye as more difficult, and it was >_>
